- EU: approx. 4–7 working days
- Switzerland: approx. 5–10 working days
The delivery time begins as soon as your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as customs duties, import sales tax, or processing fees charged by the shipping carrier may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are to be borne directly by the buyer.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If tracking is available, you will find the tracking link directly in this email.
Order processing
Your order will be carefully prepared, packed, and then handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing may be slightly delayed on weekends and public holidays.

How to find your glove size
For the perfect fit of your gloves, accurate measurement is key.
- Measure the length of your hand from the middle finger to the base of the palm
- Lay a measuring tape straight – do not curve your hand
- It is best to measure several times for an accurate result
With this value, you can either determine your size directly or enter it into the size advisor.
How to find your size for merch (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
- Chest width: Measure around your chest at nipple height
- Length: Measure from shoulder to hip
- Sleeve length: From the top of the shoulder to the wrist

04 Retouren
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, you can find all important information regarding returns here.
Return period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in an unused, flawless, and original condition.
Condition of items
A return is only possible if the item has not been worn, used, or damaged. Especially for gloves, the condition must be clearly as new.
- No visible signs of wear
- No dirt or damage
- Original packaging and accessories should be present
- The item must be in a resalable condition
Inspection before return
Before confirming a return, we may request photos of the item. These serve exclusively to check the condition of the goods in advance and to facilitate the further processing of the return. Postage-due shipments, as well as shipments where acceptance is refused without prior arrangement, will not be accepted. An unauthorized refusal of acceptance by the customer does not constitute an effective return and may lead to the loss of refund claims for any additionally incurred costs.
Exchanges for limited edition products
For limited edition items, such as the Founder Edition, an exchange for a different size or a replacement item is only possible as long as the corresponding stock is available.
Should the desired size or item already be sold out, an exchange cannot be guaranteed.
Return shipping costs
The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer. Please ensure that you send the return securely and with sufficient postage.
How to start a return
Please contact us before any return at support@griptime.de and provide your order number as well as the reason for the return.
Please do not send any items back without prior consultation.
